Term three sculpture - Native Australian Birds 2019.
Sep 26, 2019Term three sculpture classes are one of our student's favourite creative activities of the year.
Native Australian Birds was the theme for this year. Our youngest students, aged six to eight years old, enjoyed learning how to draw then sculpt Kookooburras, Goulden finches and Cockatoos.
Our older students, nine to twelve years old, had free range in choosing a Native Australian Bird, sketching a design then sculpting from their plans. The results were fantastic. Please take a look at the short video below of the sculptures created this term.
